Returns & Refunds Policy

At Art Magic 3, all products are made to order. This means that each item is produced or purchased after your order has been placed and confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer;

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer;

  • Change of mind;

  • Personal preference ("I don't like it");

  • Incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your product arrives damaged;

  • Your product has a manufacturing defect;

  • You receive the wrong item;

  • The personalization was produced differently from what was requested.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Photos of the product;

  • Photos of the packaging (when applicable);

  • A brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the information, Art Magic 3 may offer:

  • A free replacement product; or

  • A full refund.

If the issue is caused by our mistake, Art Magic 3 will cover all associated costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that production has not started.

Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer accepted.

Additional Information

Art Magic 3 reserves the right to deny refund or replacement requests if there is insufficient evidence, signs of misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.
